- One-on-One Sessions: These sessions can be conducted either in-person or online, providing flexibility.
- Group Sessions: An 8-week grief and loss program, typically consisting of 8 individuals, which is a cost effective way to access psychoeducation, counseling and ongoing support.
- Ongoing support is provided through support groups as well as online resources and forums.
